Hello! We’re so glad you found us and we’d love to meet you in person. Read on to plan your visit to HCC.

Getting to know one another

We know that going to a new church for the first time can be nerve-racking. Finding a church that you and your family can call home is so important, and we want to help make your first experience at HCC a great one. So here’s a guide to everything you might like to know about us before you visit.

Our mission is this: Loving God, loving God’s family, and loving God’s world. This is at the core of who we are, and when you visit you can expect to find a family that is seeking to love God, to make Him known throughout the world, and hoping to welcome you as part of our family. We want to come alongside you as you seek to grow closer to God and lead your own family well, and we want to help provide tools to help you do just that.

What can I expect on Sunday?

Our services are casual in nature, so just come as you are. Each service is about 1 hour long and begins with announcements from our host, followed by the band leading the church in music. Song lyrics will be on the wall so you can sign along and/or engage with worship, however you feel comfortable.

After the music portion of service is complete one of our pastors will come out to share an encouraging, practical, and hope-filled message from the Bible.

Beftween services, we offer a variety of beverages and time to hang out, so come early or stay late if you’d like.

What about my kids?

We believe that kids should have a blast at church every single week. At HCC, we make this a priority. Another thing we make a priority is your children’s safety. Because of that we have a detailed check-in process for our HCC Kids program. The first time you visit, you’ll want to give yourself an extra 10 minutes to get signed in for the HCC Kids experience.

Infant, toddler, and Pre-K rooms are located right next to the auditorium. K - 5th grade check-in is in the Student Building Lobby, to the west of the playground. When you arrive, you’ll see signs showing you where everything is located. If you need help, stop by the Info Center on the patio and a member of our team will gladly be of assistance. You can read more about HCC Kids here.

How about teens?

Students in 6th-12th grade are encouraged to attend the 9 am service with their family. We have special programing just for students in the Student Building during the 10:45 service. Parents do not need to check in their students, but feel free to pick them up after service so you can see our awesome Youth Room! You can learn more about our Student Ministry here.
